Our garden at Manuela LA offers a sanctuary within the city. Whether it’s brunch outside with a cocktail to enjoy the sunshine (or shade), playing one of our garden games or attending one of our program of events – it’s the perfect space to surround yourself in nature. You could even hire it for your own private event.

Produce

We always have native plants, flowers, herbs and even some fruit and veg growing in the garden which we incorporate into our dishes and cocktails where possible and we use our own chickens’ eggs in the restaurant. We work with The Hungry Gardens to look after the garden. They take care of our chickens, harvest our produce and manage our compost system to keep our waste to a bare minimum – and we use the final product as fertiliser.
